These Public Hearings are being conducted pursuant to Section 339.135(4)(c), Florida Statutes, to consider the Department’s Tentative Work Program for the period 2009/2010 through 2013/2014, and to consider the necessity of making any changes to the Department’s Tentative Work Program.
