Amends the rule to incorporate amendments to Forms DC6-111D and DC6-111B. Form DC6-111D Visitation Screening Matrix, is amended to clarify that visitation will be denied for certain convictions as measured from the date of the arrest and for persons who have terminated community supervision with the past year and Form DC6-111B, Visitor Information Summary, is amended to provide that no military style camouflage clothing (to include jungle, urban, or desert) will be worn by males or females and that visitors will not be allowed to bring keyless entry devices into any department facility unless approved by the duty warden or designee.
