This is a meeting of the Trustees of the State Board of Administration to authorize the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (the Fund) to file a Notice of Proposed Rule for two rules, Rule 19-8.029, F.A.C., Insurer Reporting Requirements, and Rule 19-8.030, F.A.C., Insurer Responsibilities, and to file these rules for adoption if no member of the public timely requests a rule hearing or if a rule hearing is requested but no Notice of Change is needed. The rules and incorporated forms are available on the Fund's website: www.sbafla.com/fhcf. The Trustees may also address other general business.
