All or part of this meeting may be conducted as a teleconference in order to permit maximum participation by Governing Board members. The Governing Board may take official action at the meeting on any item appearing on the agenda and on any item that is added to the agenda as a result of a change to the agenda approved by the presiding officer of the meeting pursuant to Section 120.525, Florida Statutes. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct Attorney Client Sessions regarding pending District litigation and for the Governing Board to discuss and consider District business, including regulatory and non-regulatory matters, and may include an amendment to the District’s Fiscal Year 11-12 budget to revise revenues and expenditures.
