The Technical Review and Advisory Panel will discuss numerous issues relating to onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems which may require changes to Chapter 64E-6, Florida Administrative Code. Issues to discuss will include proposed rules implementing provisions of Laws of Florida, 2010-205 (SB 550) related to the statewide evaluation of onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems on a five-year recurring basis. The panel may also discuss research proposals as requested by the Research review and Advisory Committee.
