This meeting is held to afford interested people an opportunity to express their views about location, conceptual design, social, economic, and environmental effects of Financial Project ID: 427181 2 22 01, otherwise known as the Zemel Road PD&E study. Project limits include the Zemel Road and Burnt Store Road intersection to 1500 feet north of the Burnt Store Road and Yacht Club Boulevard intersection in Charlotte County. Proposed improvements involve realignment of the Zemel Road and Burnt Store Road intersection. Project information will be on display for public comment. The no-build alternative is a viable alternative and will remain so throughout the remainder of the PD&E study. Right-of-way will be required to construct the proposed intersection improvement and related stormwater ponds. Design, right-of-way acquisition, and construction phases of this project are currently unfunded.
