Governing Board to discuss and consider District business, including regulatory and non-regulatory matters, and may include an amendment to the District’s Fiscal Year 2010-11 budget to revise revenues and expenditures.
All or part of these meetings may be conducted as a teleconference in order to permit maximum participation by Governing Board members. The Governing Board may take official action at the meeting on any item appearing on the agenda and on any item that is added to the agenda as a result of a change to the agenda approved by the presiding officer of the meeting pursuant to Section 120.525, Florida Statutes. If Workshop items are not discussed on 12/8, the items may be discussed on 12/9.
