The purpose of revisions to the rule is to create quality assurance, appeals, and updated version review processes within the uniform procedures by which the Office evaluates and approves curricula to be used in the School Readiness Program. The revised process will culminate in the creation of a statewide approved curriculum list that will allow providers to select a curriculum that has been reviewed and determined to meet statutory requirements. Additionally, revisions will assure integrity and accountability are included within the process.
