The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 339.135(4)(c), Florida Statutes, to consider the Department’s (District Two and Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise) Tentative Five-Year Work Program for Fiscal Years 2017/2018 through 2021/2022, and to consider the necessity of making any changes to the Work Program. All persons are invited to attend and be heard. The Jacksonville Hearing will begin with an Open House at 4 p.m. Then, at 5:30 p.m. the Department will present a brief presentation followed by a public comment period. Projects in the following counties will be discussed: Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Putnam, and St. Johns. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
