This Public Hearing is for the Florida Department of Transportation, District Five, Tentative Five Year Work Program for Fiscal Years 2008/2009 through 2012/2013. This Public Hearing will include information for Brevard, Flagler, Lake, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Sumter and Volusia Counties. The Department's Public Hearing is being conducted pursuant to Section 339.135(4)(C), Florida Statutes, as amended. The purpose of this Public Hearing is to consider the Department's Tentative Five Year Work Program and consider making any changes to the Program. This hearing also will include consideration of proposed projects for the Florida's Turnpike Enterprise in the District Five area. Written comments from all interested parties will be accepted by the Department at the Public Hearing and within ten (10) days after the Public Hearing.
