The Department is amending Chapter 62-4, F.A.C., to: (1) revise subparagraph 62-4.242(3)(a)2., F.A.C., to delete text related to mixing zones in Outstanding Natural Resource Waters, (2) delete subsection 62-4.242(4), F.A.C., which pertains to equitable abatement, and (3) clarify that the fee in subparagraph 62-4.050(4)(q)1., F.A.C., for Site Specific Alternative Criteria, applies to each application instead of each parameter.
