This is a public meeting to discuss technical issues related to the Suwannee River and Santa Fe River Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP). The primary topic of discussion during this meeting will be how several Florida counties are leading the way in protecting groundwater flowing to springs in their counties. These local governments are vanguards in successfully using land-use planning, associated local ordinances, and outreach to safeguard the flow of ample clean water to their valuable springs.
