District Four Tentative Work Program, Fiscal Years July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2014. These public hearings are being conducted pursuant to Section 339.135(4)(c), Florida Statutes, as amended. The purpose of these public hearings is to present the Department’s Tentative Five Year Work Program for Fiscal Years 2009/10-2013/14, which contains a listing of Project Phases to be undertaken during that time frame. These Hearings also will include consideration of proposed projects for Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise System as applicable.
