To delete language providing partial delegation from the District to Miami-Dade County for projects within the designated boundaries of Miami-Dade County with less than 40 acres total land area with positive stormwater outfall or less than 320 acres total land area and less than 160 acres of impervious area with no positive stormwater outfall as the partial delegation will instead be addressed in the Agreement for Delegation of a Portion of the Environmental Resource Permitting Program between the South Florida Water Management District and Miami-Dade County and will be incorporated by reference in Rule 40E-4.091, F.A.C.
