Draft verified lists of impaired waters for water bodies and water segments within the Charlotte Harbor basin. The draft verified lists are available on the Department’s TMDL website (http://www.dep.state.fl.us/water/tmdl) and will be provided upon request to interested parties by mail or via email distribution. The Department will accept written comments on the draft verified lists for a period of 30 days, ending December 3, 2008.
