The Governor and Cabinet, sitting as the Power Plant Siting Board, will consider an Order, to be executed by the Siting Board, pursuant to the Florida Electrical Power Plant Siting Act, Section 403.501, et seq., Florida Statutes, concerning the Recommended Order dated October 24, 2006, from the Administrative Law Judge, for the Florida Power and Light, West County Energy Center, Power Plant Siting Application Number PA 05-47, DOAH Case Number 05-1493EPP, DEP OGC Case Number 05-0745, recommending that the project be certified. CABINET AIDES BRIEFING: The Cabinet Aides will meet and discuss the item on December 13, 2006, 9:00 a.m., in the same location. The purpose of the briefing is to review and gather information regarding this item for consideration by the Siting Board.
