The purpose of new Rule 59G-4.310 is to implement the Florida Medicaid Targeted Case Management Services for Children at Risk of Abuse and Neglect Coverage and Limitations Handbook, __________. This handbook will cover a set of interrelated activities under which a case manager locates, coordinates, and monitors appropriate services for a recipient. Services may be provided only in the following Florida counties: Broward, Duval, Hillsborough, Martin, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, and Pinellas. Matching Medicaid funds are provided by a children’s services council or local governmental entities in these counties.
