The proposed Erosion Control Line lies along Okaloosa Island, Okaloosa County, fronting the Gulf of Mexico at the line of mean high water. The Erosion Control Line lies in: Section 19, Township 2 South, Range 23 West, Sections 22, 23 & 24, Township 2 South, Range 24 West in Okaloosa County, FL.
