This hearing will consider evidence bearing on the location of a proposed Erosion Control Line for the beach erosion control project known as the Western Destin Beach Restoration Project, and the establishment of an Erosion Control Line for said project. The proposed Erosion Control Line lies in Destin Florida, Okaloosa County, fronting the Gulf of Mexico at the line of mean high water. The Erosion Control Line lies in: Sections 29 & 30, Township 2 South, Range 22 West, Section 25, Township 2 South, Range 22.
