The Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, along with the Deepwater Horizon Trustees, will host a public meeting to present and take comment on the Draft Phase V Early Restoration Plan and Environmental Assessment (Draft Phase V ERP/EA), which describes and proposes the first phase of an early restoration project (Florida Coastal Access Project). The Draft Phase V ERP/EA can be found on the Trustees' webpage: http://www.gulfspillrestoration.noaa.gov/. The event will begin with an open house from 6:00 - 6:30 p.m. with a formal presentation and opportunity for public comment to follow.
