The proposed rule amendment is being promulgated to implement changes in the administration of the District's Waterways Assistance Program that will assist the District and program applicants in the review and evaluation of applications submitted pursuant to the rule. The proposed rule making will include the following provisions in the program rule: Ensure consistency within the rule and with F.S. 374, clarifcation of rule for land acquisition projects, add language for funding of derelict vessel and cleanup projects and update references within rule.
