The Negotiation Team Meetings will not be open to the public, but each Negotiation Team Meeting will be recorded and released in accordance with section 286.0113, Florida Statutes.In accordance with section 120.525 Florida Statutes, public meetings for Invitation to Negotiate 17-ITN-001-BM, Enterprise Grants Management Solution are hereby noticed. DEO’s Invitation to Negotiate seeks replies for an Enterprise Grants Management Solution, as set forth and defined in section 2 CFR 300.331. The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to this timeline and specifically to the meeting notices listed above. Notice of any change will be posted within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with Section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not be re-advertised in the Florida Administrative Register (F.A.R.).
