The Florida Department of Environmental Protection announces a public hearing of the Governor and Cabinet, sitting as the Transmission Line Siting Board, to consider the Administrative Law Judge’s Recommended Order concerning the certification of the proposed Progress Energy Florida and Tampa Electric Company, Lake Agnes Gifford 230 Kilovolt Transmission Line Project, Transmission Line Siting Application No. TA07-16, DOAH Case No. 07-5691TL, DEP-OGC Case No. 07-2216 pursuant to the Florida Transmission Line Siting Act, Sections 403.52-403.5365, Florida Statutes. The Cabinet Aides will meet and discuss the item on January 21 at 9 a.m., in the same location to review and gather information regarding this item for consideration by the Siting Board.
