The rule is being amended to do the following: • Update the definitions contained in the rule. • Change the due date for respondents to pay the invoice for mediation fees. • Identify the website at which the mediation request form may be obtained. • Identify the mediation claims e-mail address. • Update the mediator selection, mediation conference and mediation attendance sections. • Adopt a mediation disposition form. • Provide various additional clarifications and minor revisions.
