The Agency for Health Care Administration will be hosting three informational meetings concerning its intent, as directed by the Florida Legislature in 2004, and in accordance with Section 409.912 (37) of the Florida Statutes, to competitively procure a single vendor for the supply of Medicaid disposable incontinence supplies. All interested parties are invited to attend. The primary purpose of these meetings is for the Agency to provide information on the proposed plan and to obtain feedback from interested parties so that the Agency for Heath Care Administration can ensure a high quality service contract for its Medicaid recipients.
