Purpose


The Department proposes to modify the contractor performance evaluation forms referenced in this rule, as well as the specific form names and dates cited in the rule text to eliminate the annual evaluation form, modify the performance criteria in the remaining evaluation form to be more objective, streamlined and compatible with the purchase order and subtask completion process, and to create a new form to more formally solicit owner/responsible party input for use in contractor performance evaluations. The Department also proposes to amend alternate methods for the selection of petroleum cleanup contractors to add clarity and flexibility to owners and responsible parties of petroleum contaminated sites.
