Rules 69O-136.002, 69O-136.004, 69O-136.006, 69O-136.007, 69O-136.011, 69O-136.014, 69O-136.015, 69O-136.031, 69O-136.040, 69O-136.041, 69O-136.042, 69O-136.043, 69O-136.044, 69O-136.045, 69O-136.046, 69O-136.047, 69O-136.050, 69O-136.051, 69O-136.052, 69O-136.053, 69O-136.054, 69O-136.070, 69O-136.075, and 69O-136.100, F.A.C. are further amended to update forms, amend the list of forms to be submitted with each application, removing unnecessary forms and adding the required addendums to the background information section of those forms. Rule 69O-136.006, F.A.C., is amended and Rules 69O-136.070 and 69O-136.075, F.A.C., are created to implement 2024-182, Laws of Florida, regarding changes to Chapter 629, F.A.C., regulating reciprocal insurers.
