Public Hearing of the Governing Board, South Florida Water Management District to amend the 2010 Florida Forever Work Plan, included as Chapter 6A; Volume II of the South Florida Environmental Report. The 2010 Florida Forever Work Plan (Volume II, Chapter 6A, of the 2010 South Florida Environmental Report) will be available for public review and comment from December 31, 2009 through January 14, 2010. Public comments on the Plan may be made by regular mail or e-mail received by the District no later than 5:00 p.m., January 12, 2010 or in person at the public hearing on January 14, 2010. At the conclusion of the public hearing, the District Governing Board will vote on the recommendation to amend the Plan.
