White’s Ford Timber, LLC, (“sole landowner”) requests repeal of Rule Chapter 42RRR-1, to dissolve the Big Island Community Development District (“Big Island Creeks CDD” or “District”). The Big Island CDD was originally created by the Commission in June 2018 through adoption of Rule Chapter 42RRR-1 setting forth the name, boundaries, and initial board of supervisors of the District. The District consists of approximately 5,701 acres of land located entirely within the unincorporated boundaries of St. Johns County and has been inactive since establishment. The sole landowner within the District has either filed consent documents or letters of no objection to the dissolution of the District.
