The Strategic Aggregates Task Force, recently formed by the Florida Legislature under CS/HB 985, will take a tour of the Port of Tampa on Thursday, December 20, 2007. Public participation in the Port of Tampa tour will be limited to 10 participants due to the size of the vessel that will transport the task force members. This scheduled event is intended to be a fact-finding session for the sole purpose of gathering information only, therefore, no recommendations will be made, no public business will be discussed and no votes will be taken.
