Approval of the proposed amendments to Rule 12C-1.0221, Florida Administrative Code (Corporate Income Tax—Returns, Notices, and Elections; Signing and Verification). Notice of this proposed adoption was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on October 12, 2007 (Vol. 33, No. 41, pp. 4751-4753). No comments were received at the Rule Development Workshop that was held on August 14, 2007. A rule hearing was subsequently held on November 5, 2007. No comments were submitted during this hearing. Comments were submitted after the hearing by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee of the Florida Legislature. The Department published a Notice of Change in the Florida Administrative Weekly on December 7, 2007 amending this proposed rule to conform it to the Committee’s comments.
