Financial Management No.: 436187-2-52-01 (SR 406) Project Description: Coast to Coast Trail – Titusville Gap The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is constructing a proposed multi-use trail that is part of the existing Coast to Coast trail and is intended to enhance pedestrian and bicyclist safety in the area, as well as complete the Titusville Gap. Additional roadway modifications and a median will be added on SR 406 to provide a refuge area for pedestrians at the proposed crosswalk. The purpose of this public meeting is to present and explain the proposed improvement, seek public and agencies’ input, and provide interested persons an opportunity to provide feedback and comments to the design team. This will be the only public meeting to be held as part of a community-based evaluation to determine how best to meet the needs of the traveling public. FDOT encourages you to attend and provide input and comments to be considered in the project design.
