The purpose of amending Rules 25-30.436 and 25-30.437 is to clarify and update filing requirements for water and wastewater utility rate increase requests. The purpose of repealing Rules 25-30.438, 25-30.4385 is to delete obsolete requirements. The purpose of repealing Rules 25-30.440 and 25-30.443 is to move filing requirements into Rule 25-30.437. The effect of these amendments and repeals would be to delete unnecessary, obsolete, or duplicate rule provisions; clarify and update rule requirements; and improve administrative efficiency.
