The purpose of the amendments to Rule 12A-1.060, F.A.C., is to incorporate references to new or updated forms used in the registration process. These forms simplify the initial registration process and allow for a streamlined application for subsequent registrations of additional business locations. The purpose of the proposed amendments to Rule 12A-1.097, F.A.C., is to adopt, by reference, changes to forms currently used by the public to register as a business with the Department, as well as to adopt new forms related to this process.
