Proposed ordinance governing a telecommunications company placing or maintaining telecommunications facilities in its roads or rights-of-way. The proposed ordinance amends the City of Lighthouse Point Code of Ordinance provisions regulating communication facilities to expressly address current industry practices with respect to installation of certain wireless service facilities in the public rights-of-way.
