This public hearing is being held to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, and social, economic and environmental effects of Financial Project ID Number 430914-1, otherwise known as State Road 212 (US 90/Beach Boulevard) Safety Improvements from F.O.P. Way to east of Ryar Road (approx. 1 mile) in Jacksonville, Duval County, FL. Proposed improvements include widening for additional turn lanes and the installation of traffic separators at the intersection of State Road 109 (University Boulevard). Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
