Discussion of the latest draft of the proposed amendments to the District’s water use permitting rules in Chapter 40D-2, F.A.C., and Part B, Basis of Review for Water Use Permit Applications, of the Water Use Permit Information Manual regarding additional and enhanced water conservation requirements for public supply, agriculture, industrial, commercial, mining, dewatering, recreation, including golf courses, and aesthetic use. District staff will also provide information relating to the SWFWMD Annual Reclaimed Water Supplier Report.
