Governing Board Committee Meetings, Board Meeting, and Public Hearing. Conduct Committee meetings, Governing Board meeting, and public hearing. There will also be an opportunity for public input on the intention to amend the District’s fiscal year (FY) 2009 budget as follows: Increase the FY2009 budget for the General Fund by $7,500,000 to reflect unanticipated revenue from the Water Management Lands Trust Fund for construction of the Lake Hancock Outfall Treatment project. The proposed budget amendment will not impact the District millage or ad valorem property taxes. Ad Order 23475.
