The workshop will discuss a Request for Applications (RFA) to finance the construction, acquisition/rehabilitation, or renovation of small Permanent Supportive Housing Developments that are either Community Residential Homes or Supported Living Units. The Community Residential Homes may serve no more than six (6) residents and the Supported Living Units may serve no more than 10 residents in six (6) units. Grant funding will be made available to Non-Profit organizations that have a primary mission which includes serving Persons with Developmental Disabilities.
