The Osceola County Department of Transportation and Transit invites all persons to a public hearing for the Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study for Simpson Road from US 192 to 560’ south of Myers Road in Osceola County (PS Number: 18-9906-DG, EDTM #14403). The hearing is being conducted to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, and social, economic, and environmental effects of the proposed improvements. Beginning at 6 p.m., representatives will be available to discuss the project one-on-one. Boards, exhibits, a PowerPoint presentation, and other project-related displays will be available. At 6:45 p.m., Osceola County will hold the formal portion of the public hearing, which will include an opportunity to offer verbal comments. Following the formal portion of the hearing, the informal open house will resume. A court reporter will be present to record the proceedings, and assist the public with verbal comments.
