To incorporate changes to the Florida Title XIX Outpatient Hospital Reimbursement Plan payment methodology, effective January 1, 2008, in accordance with Senate Bill 2-C, 2007-08 Special Appropriations, Specific Appropriation 105. In accordance with Senate Bill 2-C, 2007-08 Special Appropriations, the reduced appropriation in Specific Appropriation 107 includes a reduction of $8,605,898 as a result of modifying the reimbursement for outpatient hospital rates, effective January 1, 2008. The Agency will implement a recurring methodology in the Title XIX Outpatient Hospital Reimbursement Plan to achieve this reduction.
