The Review Committee meeting will be to discuss and evaluate the proposals submitted in response to Florida Housing Finance Corporation’s Request for Proposals #2009-06 for both for-profit and not-for-profit developers to finance the preservation of existing affordable housing developments and acquisition, rehabilitation and new construction of properties in areas of the state experiencing a continued demand for affordable rental units using Florida Housing’s Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Bonds in conjunction with HOME funds.
