The Project Board will hold a special meeting for the purpose of discussion and consideration of acquisition by negotiation, contract or legal proceedings, including eminent domain proceedings, of a temporary drainage easement in certain lands located in Polk County, Florida, in support of the West Polk County Lower Floridan Aquifer Wellfield Project (the “Project”), and discussion and consideration of others actions concerning the implementation of the Project. The meeting is open to the public.
