Rule Development Workshop to discuss and receive public input on proposed rule amendments associated with the prevention strategy for Silver Springs in Marion County, which is an Outstanding Florida Spring (OFS). Under paragraph 373.042(2)(a), F.S., the Silver Springs MFLs (or emergency MFLs), along with any needed prevention strategy (which may include rules or emergency rules), must be effective by July 1, 2017. NOTE: Members of the District’s Governing Board may attend the scheduled Rule Development Workshop.
