The proposed revision will adopt a new Section K of the Joint Application For: Environmental Resource Permit/Authorization to use State Owned Submerged Lands/Federal Dredge and Fill Permit, Form 547.27/ERP (9/07). The purpose of the new section is to require an applicant to specify the location within the draft homeowners' or property owners’ association documents of certain information required by District rules. The effect will be to streamline and expedite the District’s review of the relevant documents during the application process.
