This hearing will consider evidence bearing on the location of a proposed Erosion Control Line for the beach erosion control project known as Reach 8 Restoration. The location of the proposed Erosion Control Line is as follows: The proposed Erosion Control Line lies along the island of Palm Beach fronting the Atlantic Ocean at the Line of mean high water. The Erosion Control Line lies in Sections 23 & 26, Township 44, South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida.
