The Department will present and receive comment on the draft Verified List of impaired waters for water bodies and water segments within the Suwannee basin. The draft Verified List will be placed on the Department’s TMDL website (http://www.dep.state.fl.us/water/tmdl) by February 29, 2008, and will be provided upon request to interested parties by mail or via e-mail distribution. The Department will accept written comments on the draft Verified Lists for a period of 30 days, beginning February 29, 2008, and ending March 31, 2008.
