Summary


Rule 69I-72.005, F.A.C., is amended to require the following information be recorded on the individual property record for each item certified as surplus property: (a) date of certification; (b) reason for certification; (c) date of review board recommendation in certification; and (d) reference to location of documents evidencing compliance with the rules and guidelines of the custodian. The individual property records for each item certified as surplus shall be transferred to a certified surplus property file.
