The purpose of this rule amendment is to establish in rule the guidelines, application form and grant administration requirements for a new grant program, Fast Track Project Grants. The program will provide expedited access to funds supporting small organizations through arts and cultural projects including but not limited to artist residencies, performances or exhibitions. A small organization for this program is defined as one with a last completed fiscal year's operating budget of $250,000 or less.
