GOVERNING BOARD COMMITTEE MEETINGS, BOARD MEETING, AND PUBLIC HEARING - Conduct Committee meetings, Governing Board meeting, and public hearing. There will also be an opportunity for public input on the intention to amend the District’s fiscal year (FY) 2008 budget as follows: Increase the FY2008 Florida Forever/Save Our Rivers Capital Projects Fund budget by $45,000,000 to reflect unanticipated revenue from the Florida Forever Trust Fund for planned land acquisitions during FY2008, including lands to be acquired for the Lake Hancock project. The proposed budget amendment will not impact the District millage or ad valorem property taxes.
